Terms & Conditions
The agreement between you and WILDWOLF when you use our website and order our food. Please read it — the fine print matters.
1. About these terms
These terms and conditions govern your use of the WILDWOLF website and your purchase of our products. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these terms. They are provided by WILDWOLF Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, whose registered office is at Unit 7, The Old Creamery, Frome, Somerset, BA11 1WW. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
2. Your account
To manage subscriptions you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please give us accurate information — including your dog's details — so we can provide a correctly balanced feeding plan. You must be at least 18 years old to open an account and place orders.
3. Orders & subscriptions
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send you an order confirmation. Most WILDWOLF plans are recurring subscriptions: we prepare and dispatch food on the schedule you choose, and you are charged for each delivery in advance. We will always tell you the schedule and price before you commit, and remind you before renewals where required by law.
We may occasionally decline or cancel an order — for example, if a product is unavailable, if we cannot deliver to your area, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, we will refund any payment taken for that order.
4. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Serving prices quoted on our site are indicative and vary with your dog's portion size. We may change prices from time to time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken by our secure payment provider at the point of dispatch for each delivery. If a payment fails, we may pause your plan until it is resolved.
5. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in mainland Great Britain. We will provide an estimated delivery window for each order. Our food is perishable and shipped chilled in insulated packaging; please ensure someone can receive it or that a safe, cool place is available. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. If a delivery is delayed or arrives damaged, contact us promptly and we will put it right.
6. Cancellations & returns
You can pause, skip, reschedule or cancel your subscription at any time from your account, provided you do so before an order enters preparation (we will always tell you the cut-off). Because our products are perishable and made to order, they are exempt from the standard 14-day change-of-mind return right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations once dispatched. However, if a product is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you are entitled to a refund or replacement — just get in touch and we'll make it right.
7. Feeding & storage
Our feeding guidance is provided in good faith and tailored using the information you give us, but it is not a substitute for veterinary advice. You are responsible for monitoring your dog's health and consulting a vet about specific medical conditions. Please follow the storage and handling instructions on each pack: keep meals refrigerated or frozen as directed, and observe use-by dates. Raw food should be handled hygienically like any raw meat.
8. Liability
We take great care in preparing our food, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, that were not caused by our breach, or that arise from your failure to follow storage, handling or feeding guidance. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under law.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, imagery, logos, recipes and the WILDWOLF name and marks — is owned by or licensed to WILDWOLF Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, distribute or exploit it commercially without our written permission.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
